Let’s just say it…the end of the 2019-2020 school year isn’t what any of us anticipated (and we’re still a little unsure of what it looks like).  We don’t have a choice but to accept it and hope for all of us that the sacrifices we are making now keep our families, friends and frontline workers safe.  That does not mean, however, that we shouldn’t be celebrating our amazing CES fifth grade class as they cross the milestone from elementary schoolers to middle schoolers!

Are you ready to show your CES student pride?  The CES PTO is happy to be able to offer a little help in doing just that.  Between now and end of day on Friday, May 8^th, you can order one of these great yard signs to recognize your 5^th grader. 

The details:

• Cost $18.00, actual cost per unit.
• Cutoff date is end of day May 8^th. This ensures delivery of the signs in the mid-May timeframe.
• Orders will be placed through VENMO (@Stephanie-Heydt-2). If you are unable to pay via VENMO, email centralespto@gmail.com to make special arrangements.  VENMO is encouraged and appreciated, where possible. NOTE! When paying with VENMO, you have the option to make the payment information visible to only the sender and recipient.  Once you select payment, there is a small icon on the bottom right of the field to set your privacy settings. 
• VERY IMPORTANT – when ordering, include in the Comments section the name of your student, a mailing address (number and street) for potential delivery and a valid email contact. We will need this for delivery. 
• The PTO is still working on the delivery method. That’s why the Comments detail is so important.  We need to ensure we have a valid (and frequently checked) email for every order placed.
• IMPORTANT UPDATE: If you are interested in sponsoring a sign for another student/family or would like to confidentially request a sponsored sign for your student, please contact the PTO at centralespto@gmail.com.
