New to the PTO team this year, three of our Central parents collaborated to become this year's Tiger Trot Sponsorship Team and have knocked it out of the park! Our April Volunteers of the Month, Sophia Shahverdian-Hawit, Ronke Fabayo, and Nancianne Houston have worked diligently together to obtain $14,000 in corporate sponsorships for this year's event. They have not only maintained relationships with past sponsors to get repeat support, but have gone out into our community and obtained sponsorship from new businesses in our area! We are so grateful for all the time and effort they have put into this new role! If you see them around, please give them a huge "thank-you"- they've been vital to inching us closer to achieving our big playground goal!
