"It is with deep sadness that we announce the 2020 NCE Carnival has been canceled.  So very many members of our school community have been working on this for months.  It is a long-standing NCE tradition and a community-building event.  Our kids look forward to it all year.  And it is one of two main fundraisers for the entire year.  Right now we must face the reality of the situation and its many unknowns and move forward accordingly.   

The PTA Officers are working diligently to update our budget give the reality of canceling one of our two primary fundraisers of the year.  In order to avoid disruption to our schedule of in-school and community programming, we respectfully ask our families to consider donating all or a portion of what they might have spent on tickets at this year's Carnival to our general operating fund.  This is a completely optional and much appreciated option for you to consider.  We understand the uncertainty of life right now, we feel it, too.  If you'd like to donate, you can do so at by clicking this link.

If you previously purchased Carnival tickets and would like to request a refund, please contact president@ncepta.org.  If you previously purchased Carnival tickets and wish for that purchase to now be used as a general donation to the PTA, no action is required.
