San Juan Community - 

We would like to ask for your help and support for a first grade student and his Mom.  Jayden is a student in Señora Le’s class that has recently been diagnosed with Leukemia.

 

If you would like to send a a GET-WELL card to Jayden; or help his family with financial support, we are accepting the following forms of donations:
 
·       Cash Donations
·       Gift cards to gas stations, grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target, grocery stores. 
 
We will also be conducting another gift card fundraiser that can be used to buy gift cards to support Jayden's family as well.

1.     Please drop off your donation with Señora Le in Room 14 or with the Front Office. 
2.     Make sure you put your donation/gift card in an envelope marked with Jayden’s name in Señora Le’s class.
3.     Señora Le will deliver our cards, donations, gift cards to Jayden’s Mom periodically over the remainder of the school year. 
 
Please help us support Jayden and his Mom through this difficult time.
