It's been an amazing first few weeks, and all 1,013 students are settling in nicely!  With such large numbers of students staying after school for ASP and for Clubs (both School Clubs and PTA Enrichment Clubs), we need to adopt a safer way to dismiss students from those clubs. 

Beginning Monday, August 14th, if you have a student staying for a School Club or a PTA Enrichment Club (who is not going on to ASP after the club), dismissal from those clubs will look different in two ways:

1) You will be required to show your Club Carpool (yellow) Tag to check your student(s) out of those clubs each time you pick them up.  A club sponsor will come to each car to check your carpool tag.  If you do not have a tag, you will be asked to physically sign the student out.

2) You will be required to pick your child(ren) up from a carpool lane.  No clubs will dismiss from inside the building.  Please remain in your car, in the carpool lane assigned to your club (see below).

The only children who will be dismissed from inside the building will be children who have stayed for ASP.

Please remember to send a note with your child on the day(s) of their club, alerting their teacher to their after school transportation needs (go to ASP after club, car rider after club, etc.)

Safety is our utmost concern, and we appreciate your compliance with this new procedure.
