Why was I getting other PTAs' emails??
Thankfully, we found the answer from our Web Server. Please see their response below.

"What is the current status of this issue?
RESOLVED
The morning of the 15th, when we became aware of this issue, we began notifying all of our administrators through their website's Control Panel message system.
Since this was an email issue we did not have access to our out-going email server.
As new information became available the message system was updated.
Many of your users notified us of this issue through email and through our facebook page. We responded to each of them personally.
Through the message system we offered to respond to any emails that you may have received. If you did not read that previous message, please know
that offer still stands. Just send us a list of email address you wish us to respond to.
What else do we need to know?
(1) There was no breach in security. This was an internal error within our automated EBlast/Newsletter module.
(2) Since the items within your newsletter and eblast are items that anyone can view on your website whether they are a user or not, nothing was shared with these invalid recipients that they could not have viewed directly on your website.
(3) The links for News, Events, and Ops within the EBlast were "dead" links (They only opened our Corporate page). This issue has been corrected as well for any Eblasts sent after 10/15.
Please feel free to share this information with any of your users that may have been affected by this and as well please pass on to them our sincerest apologies.
