Despite the 40 degree temps on Sunday, our annual KSE Fall Festival was a HUGE success! Kids had a blast running through the obstacle course, having faces and hair painted, jumping on the bounce houses, playing games, digging through a haystack and warming up with hot cocoa, donuts and BBQ from Ebony and Ivory. They also helped to decorate over 300 pumpkins, courtesy of Love Street. The raffle items and silent auction of teacher and admin outings were a hit, along with the Trunk or Treat in the school to benefit Relay for Life. The cheerleaders were also excited to perform alongside our awesome DJ!
The King Springs PTA raised over $4,000 for the School, and could not have done it without our amazing volunteers (see the list below!), committee, and chair and co-chair, Nancy Martin and Maureen Patrick. We also had lots of help from our sponsors, teachers, staff and students from nearby schools.
We hope everyone has a wonderful fall, and we’re already looking forward to next year!
