Come Help Us Improve the Path to Griffin!
Help us fix up the walkway between KSE and Griffin Middle!
Dozens of students use this footpath each day, avoiding rush hour traffic on King Springs Road as they walk to and from school. Keep Smyrna Beautiful has awarded us a $1000 grant to improve the path. We will use these funds to make the path safer and more attractive. Plans include clearing existing rubbish, adding wooden timbers for edging, spreading gravel, and installing shrubs and solar lights.
Our workday is scheduled for Saturday, April 21, from 8am to noon. (We had originally planned campus beautification events for both campuses that day, but will now be focusing ONLY on the 2-5 campus and this project.)
